The Six-Point Balance
The Six-Point Balance is a way of looking at life as a whole, not as isolated problems to react to.
Instead of focusing only on skills or emergencies, it looks at the areas of life that actually determine whether we’re stable, resilient, and able to handle challenges when they come. When one area is neglected, the others tend to suffer — often quietly, until something breaks.
The Six-Point Balance is still being developed and refined as part of the 3W project. Each point will be explored individually, along with how they interact and why balance matters more than perfection.
